    Losing appetite on cycle?

    Im entering my 8th week of Phase I of my II phase cycle.

    Right now im in the 8th week of running test-e @ 500mg and im experiencing decreased appeitte. (I still get in around 200+grms of protein 450+ grams of carbs and 100+ grms of fat) its just its alot harder to eat and I just have no appetite.

    I think part of the reason is the time limit I have to eat, see I naturally go through phases of "insomnia" and I entered a phase last week so my last meal is at around 2-3 AM and then I don't wake up till 11ish and I eat at around 12 (my first meal). However, since it has been the weekend I woke up around 2-3 in the afternoon and even with eating every 2-3 hours and being awake till 3AM I still found it diffcult to eat, I couldn't eat as much I could in the beginning of my cycle.

    Now thank god the weekend is ending, but I have gained 16lbs so far and its just frustrating since I have only gained around 1.5-2lbs in the last 2 weeks.

    It can be tough but it is not un-common to lose appetite with some steroids. Just do your best to keep chowing down.

    sometimes injectible B12 can help to increase appetite

    Trust me guys, im trying, even post workout I had no appetite for a meal. I do what those hot dog eaters do, I swallow my food with alot of liquid (MILK) and even then I feel like any minute I will gag and or I get nausea, so I have to back off.

    Dude, I'm going through the exact same thing.

    Just hit 8 weeks, appetite has been off for at least a week now. My sleep schedule is just about the same as well.

    I'm struggling to get enough food in me, and whey shakes just don't cut it. Need real food, but getting sick of the food I've been eating.

    I've gained around 15lbs and have plateaued.

    to grow big you gotta eat big. u have to force ur self sometimes no matter waht.

    if you are consuming what you say you are, that's only roughly 3500 cal's a day which doesn't seem very high. and why are you consuming 100+ grams of fat per day? i would cut the fat intake in half, and get those calories from carbs and protein. i set alarms so i can wake up in the middle of the night and slam shakes but with your insomnia, i don't know what to tell you. sounds like an up hill battle.

    Im not going to force myself to the point I end up in the bathroom emptying out my entire stomach than all of it would be to waste.

    Trust me, I force myself to that limit, its just my body HATES FOOD right now. It's tired of having to eat it.

    unfortunately, that's the only way to grow. there is no way around it, i have seen many seminars of the big pros and among the questions they were asked is the timing between meals most of this pros said they eat every 2 hours and equaling 10 to 12 meals a day, sometimes they force them selves. just like when get sick and you and u have no appetite they force you to eat your medicines its the samething.

    it's true.. i've found the only way i can eat sometimes is if i just eat because i have to, not out of enjoyment of the food. gotta just switch off and ignore the fact that i'm not hungry and just go through the motions.. eventually the plate of food will be gone and i'm free for another 2 hours to do something else... lol

    I eat actually around 4000-4,300 somtimes more sometimes less. Alot of the fat is from the milk(I drink about 10 glasses day) and the rest is just from meaty foods I eat.

    It's not like I try to get 100 grms of fat, but I don't really gain fat that much anyway (*knock on wood*) so it doesn't really effect me.

    Im eating as we speak:

    Ham, Provolone sandwhich on wheat bread with BBQ pork cut up into pieces on the side.

    perhaps you can try cutting the milk out and make up those calories with other proteins..

    i think that milk might have quite an affect on your appetite, it's a lot to drink in a day and isn't all that good for you. i find liquids in general to be filling. since we're supposed to drink so much water while on AAS, i tend to get filled up just on all the water.. have to time it in such a way that it's away from meals..

    that sandwich sounds good!

    i dont find liquids to be filling at all, whatsoever. All i know is that i piss about 10 million ****ing times a day
