I am in my week 4 of Equipoise (400/week) and Sustanon 250 EOD.
What should be the ab exercise regime like?
I perform 25 x 4 sets of crunches one day and then 25 x 4 sets of leg raises for lower abs on the second day and so on.
My question is this sufficient for this slow twich muscle fibres? Also how many time should the abs be worked out in week?
