Currently on 4iu EOD, and yes i know this wont give me gains thats not my goal. My goal is fat loss and the other benefits from growth stamina recovery fitness etc etc. Only question i take t3 100mcg, i only do this on Jab days what you guys think. Is this ok?
I hear lack of t3 whilst on growth can cause lethargy and thats certainly something i cant afford being a pro athlete.
Reason i take the t3 only on jab days is because i feel when i take it everyday i get muscle loss, maybe im being paranoid huh? Anyways i was thinking of 50mcgs everyday instead to keep things steady and consistent
