    Whats up fools

    Hey guys just checking everything out, getting all the information I can before my first cycle in May.

    Age: 21
    Weight: 165
    Height: 6"0
    Goals: Solid lean gains (10-15 lbs, more if attainable)

    Ectomorphin', hard gainin' mofo. But i've put on solid weight completely naturally since weighing 135 during high school wrestling. (2 years)

    I've been weight training mostly on some off for about 4 years now, and I'm about ready to start my first cycle up.

    I eat.. ALOT..

    I'm eating 4000-5500 calories a day.. solid. Depending on my cheating days (i.e. Sonics the shit). My protein consumption is roughly 200g and im taking a carb supp. just in case I'm not eating enough pastas and whatnot.

    Post your your daily diet in the diet section and we'll critique it and tell you what you're doing wrong. You may be surprised how much you actually eat. I rarely go up to 5500 cals/day even when bulking, and I'm sitting at 235 cutting right now.

    Be sure to include your macros for each meal (calories, protein, carbs, fats). Your diet is the single most important thing you can do to change your body composition. And forgive Big for throwing the brick at you, he must not be in the helping mood today!

    I will almost guarentee that you are NOT eating as much or as well as you think.

    TOO young TOO light to be using steroids, trust us, you will not be happy with the results and chances are you won't keep anything you do gain.

    Post a typical days food intake with times eaten and we will try to help you if you are willing to listen and do this the right way and not the quick way

    Ok here we go.. this isn't every day but it's the most common.

    Morning 9am-
    -5-6 eggs scrmbled
    -3 bacon strips
    -toast and/or english muffin
    -16oz milk blended with 3/4 cup CarboMax (roughly 500 calories)

    Lunch 12pm
    -Usually fast food which sucks but i have no choice
    -(i.e. Subway chicken teriaki footlong, or wendy's spicy chicken w/ side,)
    -3/4 cup Carbomax in 16oz water (roughly 220 calories)


    Pre-Workout (2pm)
    -3/4 cup Carbomax 16oz water
    -Light meal (usually boneless chicken breast pan cooked w/ veggie)

    During workout 2:30pm
    -SizeOn (not much for calories)

    Post workout 3pm
    -Max XXX w/ whole milk (roughly 950 calories)

    Dinner #1
    -3/4 cup CarboMax w/ 16oz water
    -Small microwaveable dinner (roughly 300-500 calories)

    Dinner #2
    -Roast beef not sure how many Oz w/ gravy
    -Canned creamed corn
    -Mashed potatoes
    -Juice or water with 3/4 cup Carbomax

    Before bed
    -SizeOn
    -Try to force some Mega MRP meal replacement if i can take it

    how did you know I was a fool....check out the diet section....not to bad but could use a little help...get you on the right track
