Goals: Solid lean gains (10-15 lbs, more if attainable)
Ectomorphin', hard gainin' mofo. But i've put on solid weight completely naturally since weighing 135 during high school wrestling. (2 years)
I've been weight training mostly on some off for about 4 years now, and I'm about ready to start my first cycle up.
