igf-1 lr3 and aas 1 final question!

just read legobricks log on igf-1 and it sounded very good. been researching it for a while i couldnt really find the answers i wanted until that. but just have 1 final question! i'm starting my cycle in a few weeks my question is would i run the ifg-1 for the 4weeks before the cycle then start or do it all 2gether at once??? this is the last thing i couldnt find my answer too!!
