i would be careful going all the way in quads with a 1.5. if you want you can cut the plastic needle cover off an inch and replace it over the needle, that way it will stop at the one inch mark

yeah id thought of tht for my nxt cycle, always find it hard not pushing whole way in when putting the gear in and was concerned i was goin through the muscle completly. thanks

21 is a bit thick for quads too imo. might go smoother with a 23 or 25

well lets put it this way..if i stick you in the stomach with a thumb tack and then i pull out the thumb tack, and stab you with a chest with a fence post...which will hurt more?

1" isdeep enough and I always use 25G if available for shooting, usually 23G for drawing.
