    Am i doing it right?

    (Sorry about posting in wrong forum a sec ago :P)

    Posted in members pictures thread, any how..

    Height: 6'foot
    Weight 12Stone'7 (177ish pounds)
    Body fat (12-13%)
    Age 19

    I'm trying to bulk up, but not in a redicilous way

    Im hopefully to aiming to reach 14stone which is just under 200 pounds.
    And get body fat down to 8-10%

    I'm not cycling until im 22-23 or so.

    this is my diet

    1 Full tin Baked beans. Scrambled Egg (2 Eggs w/ milk) and 2 Pieces of Buttered Toast

    Full tin of tuna on bread with salad cream

    Full plate worth of pasta in tomato sauce

    Sardine tinned w/ oil on toast

    Main meal varies alot.. but usual Diced chicken, plates worth, in noodles.

    Cereal.

    Also drink alot of milk and water. Currently dont have protein shakes, any one recommend decent ones?

    Posted a picture of me currently any how on how i'm doing, been doing the gym for about a year ish, used to be seriously scrawney. (10 stone 6foot scrawney!)

    its alrite, i only copied and pasted.

    any how hmm 10 eggs per day you recommend? wooah. i'll give it a ago for a while then ha.

    I think T MOS's feedback was good, and he gave you a better idea of the correct meal composition, but your diet is still fairly crappy.

    When you got some time, post up the macros you're taking in with each meal and then a daily total and we'll get you straightened out.

    egg WHITES, not whole eggs unless you want to be a fatty...lol

    Macros are the breakdown of the calories into how much Protein, carbs, and fat the food has

    Added abit..

    Changed it a little, not going for 10 eggs though, ill go with 5, not looking for mega bulk just to put on weight gradually.

    Still looking for a decent protein/weight gainer drink to help aswel.
