Weight 12Stone'7 (177ish pounds)
Body fat (12-13%)
Age 19
I'm trying to bulk up, but not in a redicilous way
Im hopefully to aiming to reach 14stone which is just under 200 pounds.
And get body fat down to 8-10%
I'm not cycling until im 22-23 or so.
this is my diet
1 Full tin Baked beans. Scrambled Egg (2 Eggs w/ milk) and 2 Pieces of Buttered Toast
Full tin of tuna on bread with salad cream
Full plate worth of pasta in tomato sauce
Sardine tinned w/ oil on toast
Main meal varies alot.. but usual Diced chicken, plates worth, in noodles.
Cereal.
Also drink alot of milk and water. Currently dont have protein shakes, any one recommend decent ones?
Posted a picture of me currently any how on how i'm doing, been doing the gym for about a year ish, used to be seriously scrawney. (10 stone 6foot scrawney!)
