i just started my 3rd week of 500mg omna 250gm deca and i will say the strength gains are enormous, but so is the weight gain lol..i went from 225
(pre cycle) to a staggering 242 today..im trying to icnrease my cardio with low intensity sessions after workouts but they seem to be full of fail, before the cycle even at 18% bodyfatable to do 45 mintues without a second thought 4-5 times a week while lifting, now im lucky to do 20 after an intnse workout at a very conservative pace..im trying to avoid the aromatization effects through nolvadex and eatign clean and drinking plenty of water (1 gallon a day and a low carb (50-60grams) very high protein diet), has anyone else experienced a feeling of very winded on a cycle like this? i realize the slight insomnia and increased metabolism are one of the effects i just didnt expect it to be so pronounced..i realize at 18% i was a little fat to be cycling but i was down from 31 and was eating good
