    Working Sore Muscle?

Yesterday I poked my thigh with Test E for the first time, first cycle too...

Just wondering if it's ok to workout using the muscle that has that virgin muscle soreness?... or do I have to wait for it to subside.

I feel like I can squat on it and do leg exercises would be a little painful, I just don't want to do something wrong here...

As long as I been here I didn't think about this... ><

actually, inject with bi's i found i could lift heavier. i think thats because i was getting a bit of swelling, which gave me more leverage with the lift. i would say go for it.

i like to work the muscle i inject that day.. think it helps disperse the oil and if soreness comes its not until the next day anyway
