Test E 300mg or 500mg weekly?

Was planning on getting 2 vials or test E 250mg for my cycle but just found out i can only get the vials in 300mg. I was planning on monday and thursday 250mg each day. I know 1CC is 250mg , so im assuming if i do a little less then 1CC it would be more like 250mg? Not really sure so any advice would be very helpful!!

you can grow nicely off of 300mgs/week as long as your diet and training are good, so you could go 1/2 ml in each shot

Test E should be shot every 3.5 days to be specific, so 4 is ok, he won't die or anything like that....lolol

Any reason why he shouldn't just run 300mg twice a week for 600mg/week? I know that 500/week is standard but would an extra 100mg make a huge difference?

300mg/ml =~0.8ml


0.8*300= 240mg*2=480mg/wk

i would try 300mg/wk personally. starting low is the smartest/safest way to do this.

Hey guys thanks for all the replies so fast! Sorry, i just got home from work and jumped on the computer. I believe i posted my stats at the bottom of my post but ill list them again..maybe it didnt go through. This will be my first cycle ever. Any extra advice would be awesome!

205lbs
16-18% b.f. (working on getting that number down!)
solid 2 1/2 years lifting (5 days a week) cardio 3-4 days a week
diet is clean
would like to keep a solid 10-15 lbs

Cycle i origanally wanted to take:
-Test E 500mg/week for 10 weeks 250 mg monday morning 250mg thursday night
-Arimidex .25mg EOD
PCT:14 days after last shot
-Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
-Clomid 50/50/50/50

Oh, and this guy, T-MOS gave you some great advice too

you can grow nicely off of 300mgs/week as long as your diet and training are good, so you could go 1/2 ml in each shot

So, when it comes down to it, the decision is yours. You can always increase your doses in later cycles, I don't know anyone that once has gone up in dose go back down to a lower dose.... see how you grow off 300 with a great diet and training, if you like results, great, if not next cycle up to 500, but be realistic with your expectations and know when to expect results from kick in time

also keep in mind that your TWO vials are not exact and you will lose some in the injection. so what you think is 20 ml of test, may only be like 18 in the end
