Im sterting my first cycle in 3 weeks. i will take test p about 350-400 ml/week for 8 weeks. i heard that taknig nolva during your cycle reduces some unwanted side effects, and i was wondering how much should be taken while on this cycle. my diet basically be the sample diet on the diet thread at top.

Most will say not to take it unless estrogen sides present themselves. Whats your planed pct?

i will be taking 40 mg of nolvadex the first 2 weeks of getting off my cycle, then 20 mg the third week..

HCG is not part of PCT.

IMO! Nolva is taken when it's only needed.

HCG can be part of PCT, its often used prior to PCT introduction to start up LH levels.

Thanks man.Thats what I meant.HCG injected 3 weeks before cycle finishes and nolva taken after cycle finishes,usually 2 weeks I think.

It depends on what kind of AAS you are using.

It can be done either way

1) Throughout the cycle/end of cycle
2) After the last injection, before the first intake of nolva/clomid (usually there is the 2 week period if using a long ester test) I would still count that is as being part of the PCT.
3) During PCT just for a quicker boost if the person feels the nolva/clomid is not sufficient
