hey bro before we even see stats, most people including me are gonna tell you that your to young. alot of risk there since your not done growing. sorry
Is there a special reason you want to risk premature fusion of your growth plates at 19 and possible permanent shut down of your HPTA??

Your hpta will get shut down by 99% of the steroids out there, no matter how mild they are, PCT is what is used AFTER your cycle in hopes to restart your HPTA
FUSION of your growth plates can occur no matter what you do if you are taking ANY steroid before your growth plates are naturally fused around your mid 20's
at 19 your NATURAL hormones are at their PEAK, you will be shutting that OFF ! and risking them not comming back to that HIGH of a level even with proper PCT

Also, I understood that HPTA gets shut down regarless of compound. However wouldn't the chances of my test levels returning to normal be hindered by heavier usage.
On a side note, I planned to use Test E at 500mg/week pinning monday morning and thursday night for a 10 week cycle.

Welocme to the boards and good attitude too. Seems like most 19 year olds say they want to start and when they get the warnings they just tell us to go blow and that they will cycle anyway. At least you have a good head on your shoulders.

Welcome to the board, sir. Resist temptation of blowing up overnight. Check your diet and get it running perfect for a few months. Stay on a good workout routine, and you will be amazed how big you will get without the gear. Look around in the diet section, and if your current diet looks nothing like most of the diets posted in there, you still have some work to do before the gear. Not to mention all the hazards of age. Anyway, since a few guys have commented to make sure my diet is in check, I can assure you it is.
I have been on this diet for a few months now and love it. I know I could post this in the nutrition section and probably will.
Some people say that there are too many MR shakes for their taste. Most days, I replace one or two of my meal replacements with an actual meal. Generally chicken and sweet potatoes.
When I drink the MR Shake, it usually consists of a homemade blend of Peanut butter, whey, olive oil, whole milk, and oats.
6:30 - Whey Shake
7:00 - Oatmeal
Egg Whites
9:30 - Meal Replacement Shake
12:30 - Tuna
Veggies
3:00 - Meal Replacement Shake
5:30 - Oatmeal
Whey Shake
7:00 - Whey Shake
7:30 - Chicken
Rice
8:00 - Chicken
Sweet Potatoes
10:00 - Chicken
Rice
Whey Shake
All of the above Whey Shakes are taken with 16 oz of whole milk to insure a high caloric intake.

In terms of your diet, I have had a lot of advice against meal replacement shakes. It's best to get 5 good meals a day without tabbing in your shakes. Though, I think if you stick hard to that diet for a few months you should explode without the gear.
