hiya, i'm a little confused at the moment and just wondering if someone could clear this up for me, i've been training for about 8 months and i've put on quite a bit of muscle but i still have chest fat and stomach fat and i'd really like to lose this and cut up for summer, but i still want to train and keep putting on muscle whilst doing this,
the problem i'm having is that half the people i ask are telling me it is impossible to keep putting on muscle and reduce bodyfat at the same time and the other half tell me if i incorporate a 1 hour moderate rate cardio sessions 3-4 times a week with a 2000 a day clean diet i will lose it and keep putting on muscle.
will a sted cycle help me do this? i've been considering using a winstrol cycle for 6 weeks whilst i cut up so i don't lose my hard earned muscle, obviously i'm pretty new to this so any help will be appreciated my stats are below: thanks again.

i'm not to sure what my bodyfat percentage is but i seems prone to put on fat like a women i.e chest fat, stomach and hips and i really need to lose fat in these areas.
