    Question My g/f and Clen?

    Is this a true statement? i read it on another site...

    "For women 80-100 mcg/day (3-5 tabs a day)are usually sufficient. It is important that the athlete begin by taking only one tablet on the first day and then increasing the dosage by one tablet each of the following days until the desired maximum dosage is reached.Following, there are several schedules for taking Clenbuterol.".

    I'm asking because my g/f wants to use it and i just want to make sure we do it right for her. And i was looking at using our Steriod.com approved site anyone else used them? And also was just wanted to get all your opinions/experiences on it! All your help would be apreciated on this subject.!!! Thanks guys

    p.s oh and info on how to come off Clen? Same as how to start Clen but in reverse?

    I`m a fairly big guy and 120mcg kicked my ass with sides. I only used it for 15 days and I`m fairly sure I wont touch the stuff again. Definitely start witha low dose if she does go ahead with it but seriously I have great results cutting without clen. I dont think its worth it but thats just me.

    my girl made it to 100mcgs no problem. She had the shakes, some headache, sleep disturbance but she was a trooper and stuck it out. And she is little!

    clean is not worth the sides imo. i can easilly stay around 10% while bulking without it. plus clen messes with my heartrate and thats not so fun when your doing cardio.

    why not?? It just means you don't work as hard to get your HR up to where you want it for optimal fat burning right??

    yea cardio on clen is scary i thought i would have a heart attack

    while on clen you should monitor your heart rate while doing cardio and adjust the intensity accordingly. You will always want your heart rate to be around the same doing cardio no matter if you're on clen or not.... you don't want to burn away muscle so too high of a heart rate isn't the greatest idea. If you don't watch your heart rate and do cardio as if you weren't on clen then YES your heart rate is going to rocket up to 170-190 depending (for me anyway) Clen is great though because it will raise your body temp throughout the day and you will burn more calories no matter what you are doing than if you weren't on clen. make sense?

    If you buy it from lionnutrition.com then it is legit clen.... If I were your g/f I would run it as follows....

    days 1-3 20mcg's /per day
    days 4-7 try 40mcg's /per day

    just keep increasing if she feels ok and the sides aren't too much for her to handle.... I'd say she should max out at like 80mcg's a day but that's just my opinion. run the clen for 4-8 weeks depending on how well it's working for you. Take it everyday and every 3rd week have her take 50mg of benadryl each night for 7 nights prior to bed. There are other ways people take this like 2 days on 2 days off...... or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.... or 2 weeks on clen.... 2 weeks off but in the off weeks you could use some ephedrine or an (eca stack ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin 81mg)

    tell her that you guys need to have more sex also..... that really helps with weight loss as well...

    lol you're a dick! ;p but yeah.... clen works well with someone in the mode that WANTS to lose weight..... i'm not saying your girl doesn't want to but if she plans on keeping the same diet and not bumping up the cardio it's not going to work as well as the magical pill/liquid you might think.... but yeah post her diet up because that ALSO will be great to review so some of the guys here can help you help her get the most from this......

    START her out with a low dosage,,,20mcg AND see how see tolerates it.
