It depends on what your diet looks like, what your LBM is, what your bf% is now and where you want it to end up and how long til you want it to happen. Fill in that info and you should get some good advice.
14 percent bf looking for the 9-10% range and i will be running an 8 week cutter consisting of prop/masteron/tren along with T3

about 200-205 pounds lbm
and my diet is clean low carb. 400G protein
masteron = bad choose. It is only really good when your already 8-9%bf. I would say do some clen man...

When I`m cutting I do 30 mins int he morning eliptical before eating, 30 mins in the evening too 5 times a week and also 2 hours or so of hockey per week.
