I deadlift sumo style. Where should your head and eyes be? I'm never sure if I should be looking straight ahead, up, down?

Look up! It will help keep your back aligned, which will reduce your chance for injury and keep the pressure on your legs.
btw I'm curious... can you put your arms down by your sides? lol...
haha^^^ i dont think so
No. I can't. And I get teased for it all the time.
Lol yea whatever you like it... I had that some problem last year and it was awesome!

Although on second glance it wasn't quite as prolific as yours... mine were at like 45 degree angles at best, your's stick straight out! Fckin crazy...
Yea. You got me. I'm rockin about 50 degrees. Shootin for 60 lol.
So you walk around all day with your lats flarred out? That shit must be painful.....![]()
Na bro, you get used to it. Helps keep the pump after you lift too lol.
my guess is you would be able to fly lol. jealousy![]()
Most people say that they can deadlift more in the sumo stance. The distance the bar has to travel is much less, and it takes a lot of pressure off of the quads. I'd say do both, they each have benefits.
i'll give it a go monster, cheers.
I always go sumo, narrow just doesn't feel right for some reason. I think it depends on your build. Doc. sust is the expert on this.
Sumo's seem easier.
Head up, back straight, arms in line with shoulders, lean back on heels when lifting and most important arch that back...
