    Test cyp/tren e/winny pct

    Need pct advice--Im 33 5'11 176 2nd cycle. My cycle looks like this[LIST=1][*]week 1-12 test cyp 600mg once ew[*]week 1-8 tren e 400mg once ew[*]week 1-12 winny 50mg ed[/LISTCan get nolvadex-clomid-hcg just not sure what to take or when and how much and how long. Need some help-only 2 weeks in on test and 1 in on tren and winny--thanks in advance

    cyp and enanthate esters should be shot twice a week NOT once a week

    read the stickies at the top of this section, they will give you all the info you need

    kind of a heavy 2nd cycle..
    wait 18 days after cyp to start..
    wouldnt be running that winny 12 weeks.
    id start the winny week 9 and run it 18 days past the cyp.. then jump right on pct.
    i run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 30 days or so

    Can I stop the winny a week in?--300mg test cyp every 3-4 days? tren e 200mg every 3-4? Is that 100mg clomid ed as well as 40mg nolvadex ed for 30 days? thank you

    yes you can stop the winny a week in..
    yes that would be 300mg cyp and 200mg tren e twice a week or every 3-4 days..
    yes the clomid and nolvadex is ed..

    no offence but weight seems abit low at your height and a cycle under your belt whats your diet like

    meal 1- shake 3/4 cup oats cal 685 pro 61 ca 77 f 14.5
    workout
    pwo shake along w some simple carbs ie 10oz gatorade oatmeal cookie
    meal 3- 8oz chicken breast w cup brown rice cal 591 pro 55 ca 45 f 9
    meal 5- 3/4 cup oats w 3/4 skim cal 285 pro 13 ca 49 f 4.5
    meal 6- 8oz chicken breast w 1 cup brown rice cal 591 pro 55 ca 45 f 9
    meal 7- shake 1 sc whey/casein mix w 1tsp pb cal 290 pro 27 ca 17 f 13
    total cal 2542 pro 212 ca 233 f 50 not including pwo shake cal 400p48c28f10
    workout m/w/f this is a workout day--tues/thurs/sat cardio 30-40 min elliptical--no pwo shake on cardio days or sun. Just started this diet 2 days ago. Any critiques welcome. Oh yeah Im probably more like 5'10 just used to saying 5'11 for so many years--weighed 159 before I ran my first cycle and gaines 16 pounds in 5 weeks running test e for 8 weeks and tren ace for 5 weeks.
