Looking solid, how come no shots of the wheels?
I will get some, I do a lot of squats and deadlifts so they are not slacking at all, best squat is 425lbs, deadlift is 500lbs
Here are some pics of the wheels, didn't work out legs today so they don't have a pump in these pics

You are 230? How tall are you? From the pics it looks like you have to duck to get through the door. 6'6-7''?
i am 6'3" or 6'4" haven't measured in a while
Lookin good man, keep it up.
yep, looking solid bro, good work
Your back looks really good keep it up. I would try and work on those tri's.
need to train your arms bro, they're like pipe cleaners
I have a 6'8" wingspan which was good for basketball but not so much for bodybuilding
I have been doing a 3 day split - chest, back, legs now adding in an arms day to see if it helps. I have been doing weighted dips with a 45 plate to bring up the tri's which are strong, I have no problem doing sets of 10-12 reps so I may need to add more than 45 lbs
bi's are also really strong can curl 65's and hammer curl 75's so i dunno
Are you natural?
Looking awesome keep up the good work
natty in these pics, jumping on something soon want to hit a lean 250
took 2 more pics, waist slimmed up diet has been on point and had a pretty good pump in my arms

chest looks real nice bro...definetly in great shape...as stated above the tris could use a little work but your looking great regardless man keep it up!!!
you said u were natty in "those" pix, but does that mean u have juiced in the past?
Nice........
Lookin' good, very lean and equally even. Little more calf work, do half calf raises to build mass to the lower part of the calf. Quads are huge. Keep up the good work.
