    Do you moniter blood pressure daily or EOD while on?

    Just wondering.. my skin turns really red on test and can tell when its high..but I have a monitor that I use to find out just how bad it is Sage 2 baby!

    Also if you saw my other thread I was joking about having 37 winny tabs, I have like 40! (seriously semi vet/know good deal and just trying to find some new boards with new info..some of my other boards have been failing lately)

    do it every day and limit your sodium intake to less than 2 grams a day
