1 proteins shake with 2% milk

Proteins Bar or shake with water ( Replace this with REAL FOOD ! steak, chicken, fish, etc...)
12:00
Chicken
Rice
Green vegetables
Fruits juice
15:00
Proteins bar or shake with water ( again, need REAL FOOD HERE)
Nuts
18:00
Meat or Chicken ( Chicken IS actually meat...LOL)
Potatoes or Noodles
Fruits Juice
After Training
Proteins shake + creatine
