Hi guys this is my first post here but i am a member on several other boards. I am planning on running insulin some time soon in a cycle of mine. I have been doing some research and Chad Nicholls (Ronnie Colemans personal trainer) Insulin Theory sounds interesting to me. He believes the body becomes resistant to insulin rather quickly for many bodybuilders who use it day to day and recommends using it only once, at the most 2x a a week, however when you do use it you use it 3x a day. Once with your morning meal, once with your mid afternoon meal, and once with you after workout meal. Now this would be my first time using insulin and other than Saturday i work out late at night so this would work well for me because i could just use it Saturday. I train arms on Saturday and they are my weak part so maybe this can help bring them up to par with the rest of my body. So here is what i have planned out and i just want to make sure its right because i am a little nervous about using slin. I will start out with 4iu pwo
injection + 5 minutes – drink shake with / 10g creatine / 55g dextrose
injection + 15 minutes – drink shake with 50g of whey protein in water
Injection + 60 – 75 minutes – 2 cans on tuna and 1 cup of oats.
I will be using humalog IM. How long could i keep doing this insulin cycle for before my body becomes resistant to it or could i do it how every long i want because it is only once a week? Thanks.
