Ok so I have crystal DNP. I heard some people it takes 8 hours to feel the heat and some days. I have figured I would man up and open the caps and snort the crystals for faster absorption. Do you think I should start with 2 caps (500mg) like I planned or since I'm snorting it start with 1 cap (250mg)? Thanks!

People told me to eat BREAD only while on DNP diet? Any reason why? I guess I'll start with 1 pill tomorrow and just eat carbs? I'll update tomorrow, thanks for the input guys
