I have been training on and off in the past but 6 days a week 2 times a day since July. I train with a buddy who was all natural for 7 years of training and then began to do... lists of things.
I am 22 years old (November of 86), 206 lbs, about 16/17% body fat according to the little machine, and 5 foot 9. Diet is pretty damn good and has gotten MUCH better. I have the itch do something... and a few of my other friends recently did a cycle of winny but my buddy who I train with talked me out of it and wants me to put in more time before I do anything like that.
I currently take basic stuff... Amino tabs, Glutamine powder, creatine, protein. We have discussed adding Clen and T3 to my current menu and I will likely be adding them this month.
We recently discussed my going on a permanent cycle of HGH and a 40 day on and 40 day off cycle of IGF-1. I would like to get more into the game but I am trying to stay away from stuff with the very negative side effects. IGF and HGH seem to be clean as hell with, though minor gains, much safer results. I am open for suggestions, can post pictures... tell me what you would or wouldn't do and what size daily injections you would do of each?
