    New to this... HGH and IGF

    I have been training on and off in the past but 6 days a week 2 times a day since July. I train with a buddy who was all natural for 7 years of training and then began to do... lists of things.

    I am 22 years old (November of 86), 206 lbs, about 16/17% body fat according to the little machine, and 5 foot 9. Diet is pretty damn good and has gotten MUCH better. I have the itch do something... and a few of my other friends recently did a cycle of winny but my buddy who I train with talked me out of it and wants me to put in more time before I do anything like that.

    I currently take basic stuff... Amino tabs, Glutamine powder, creatine, protein. We have discussed adding Clen and T3 to my current menu and I will likely be adding them this month.

    We recently discussed my going on a permanent cycle of HGH and a 40 day on and 40 day off cycle of IGF-1. I would like to get more into the game but I am trying to stay away from stuff with the very negative side effects. IGF and HGH seem to be clean as hell with, though minor gains, much safer results. I am open for suggestions, can post pictures... tell me what you would or wouldn't do and what size daily injections you would do of each?

    oh... we had discussed 4iu to 6iu a day... half in the moring because I go straight to the gym before breakfast and do an hour of cardio and 15 minutes of abs and then another half in the evening around my 2nd training session.

    Clen + T3 is a good start, but I would lay of the HGH for now. Try and take advantage of what Clen + T3 can do for you before you start using HGH.

    Permenant HGH use + 40 days ON/OFF of IGF sounds good, just ensure you run HGH for long enough on order to experince gains (at least 3 - 4 months).

    When it comes to HGH, doses depend on your age and what you want to achieve, but generally 2 - 4IU is good for fat loss and well being. Do your injection 2 - 4IU at a time in the AM upon waking up and early afternoon. You also have the option of taking HGH pre and PWO and unless you are 45+ I would not take HGH before bed. That's just a few tips for you.

    As I said above, I am 22 year old and my goal is both fat lass and as much clean muscle gains as possible. You say atleast 3-4 months, I was going to order a 12 - 18 month supply up front because I don't want there to be any issues with not running a nice long cycle.

    When you say lay off it for a while, how much longer would you think? I was thinking about 2 months... I am very dedicated to the gym and want results yesterday. haha

    I just happened to talk to a guy who trains at my gym today and he said some things that made me think and some things that made me think he doesn't know what hes talking about. haha

    For one he said he would scratch the T3, clen, HGH, and IGF-1 and just juice. (made me think... yea ok, that sounds like the healthiest and best solution for what I am trying to accomplish)

    But he said as far as the T-3 goes, he said I am risking messing up my thyroid and turning into a big blob... any research back that up or was he just talking out of his...

    Also, He said stay away from HGH and IGF-1 till I'm 30. The guy I train with said he did his first cycle at age 21 with no problems... anyone else out there starting their IGF or GH cycles early on like me?

    Hey Gear... I placed my order and should have it this week. I should be receiving...

    Quantity 2: Liothyronine Sodium (T3) 60ml
    Quantity 2: 2 Clenbuterol 60ml

    I'm looking at 200 mcg/day

    3 days on 2 off etc.

    What do you think? I kind of like the T3... its forcing me to get my diet on point.
