Seems like i've slightly injured my knee doing box squats. In either the eccentric or concentric motion, when I get close to parallel, it hurts in my right knee. For example, when I have to get up from a chair, i'll simply use my left leg now. I can still box squat but after one or two reps it starts to really hurt.
Any advice? Sorry I haven't had the time to read the sticky on knee injury yet.
