    Knee problem

    Seems like i've slightly injured my knee doing box squats. In either the eccentric or concentric motion, when I get close to parallel, it hurts in my right knee. For example, when I have to get up from a chair, i'll simply use my left leg now. I can still box squat but after one or two reps it starts to really hurt.

    Any advice? Sorry I haven't had the time to read the sticky on knee injury yet.

    anyway i'll let it rest for a week or two and see if it heals.

    I believe that my close-stance is what caused this. I do not have the reflex to push my knee's out...

    Just saying your knee is hurt is like saying you broke a bone in your body. Be more specific bro! Where exactly does it hurt?
