Quick question: I always took creatine like an hour before working out, but i bought this Muscletech or Celltech Creatine that you drink after you work out. It also has L-Glutamine (amongst others) which I read on the diet forum should not be taken after working out. So:
(a) what are your thoughts about taking creatine as directed, i.e. after a work out?; and
(b) should I take the creatine after my weights but before i do cardio or after cardio with my PWO protein shake?
