I was thinking about taking out the dbol to avoid some water weight and maybe delay some of my gains untill later into my cycle, with the dbol frontload i think i will blow up.
I'm looking to gain about 20lbs which i'm sure will slow me down a bit, but the aggression i get will hopefully make up some of that.
I did a half ass cycle of equipose about a years ago, and i have researched a lot since then and want to do this one right. Is there anything i should be doing pre-cycle? I have upper my cardio and gone with lower weight and high reps to try to drop a little bf. would a low protein diet right before or possibly a cleansing diet do any good?
