Any guys had gyno surgery?

The surgeries not for me, its for my brother.
Only things hes done is propecia (which does cause gyno) superdrol & anavar.

We think its the propecia though because he did proper pct for the other 2 and was having other terrible sides from the propecia (hives & atrial fib)

Long story short its been about 4 months, its not severe at all, more like puffy nips, but hes always had pretty big nips since he was young and has decided he just wants it done and gone.

Hes getting surgery in 2 weeks and asked me to ask some guys here how it is post surgery, pain wise and did anyone have any complications afterwards?
How does it look now?
Are you happy with it? Hes going to a good dr. whos charging $3000 for everything, full anesthesia and after care. I'm guessing thats avg, don't really know.

Never had it done, but was planning on it in the summer.

From talking to other members, if it's mild and you don't need an operating room, it can be done for about 3k.

When you need a operating room, for worse cases, you will double the price.

If it's just done in the clinic, the pain should be gone pretty quick. The last member I talked to had it done in Chi town, in the clinic and was benching light in 2 weeks.

For 3k, i'll have it once a year.

But if theres anyone else who had this done and can describe how it is AFTER the surgery I'd really appreciate it (only cause he keeps asking "has anyone else posted in that thread" lol)
doctor was saying something about he has to wear an extremely tight vest around his chest for 2 weeks that is painful but it helps the chest heal properly.

I know hes being paranoid but I guess he just wants to hear from one person whos been through it and how it was for them. (Ive had 3 surgeries for broken bones, full anethesia but for some reason its not enough.. yeh hes a pvssy I know)

I did. had a grape size lump under my right nip after a cycle of SD. did the typical 4 week nolva/clomid pct, got the supplies from lion. even tried letro for nearly 3 months. i know the stuff was real because blood work after cycle day 1 in pct shows stupid low T and free T and after the 4 weeks got a follow up and everything was within range except LH which wasnt too low.

Anyways, i said it was painfull so my insurance payed for it. blue cross blue shield coverage. simple procedure, put under anasthesia(sp?) 2 hours later i woke up not even groggy with a big gozz bandage on my nip. 4 cm incision right on the lower line of my nipple. healed good and no scarring. was back in the gym alil over 2 weeks later.

Surgery was a cinch. Of course mine was very mild. I took two weeks off and I was good. Not too much pain, and you can barely see the scar. I say go for it.

Yes it is possible.

Testosterone has 2 main paths of enzymatic conversion. Aromatase converts available free T into E, while 5 Alpha reductase (5AR) converts available free T into DHT.

So, if you kill either too much Aromatase or 5AR, the end result is more free test being available for 1 of the paths referenced above.

In your case, Propecia (Dutasteride) is the strongest 5AR inhibitor available. It can easily suppress 90%+ of 5AR for over 5 weeks!! MUCH MUCH more potent compared to finasteride.

If you are sensitive to E and gyno symptoms AND are considering suppressing 5AR, PLEASE also consider suppressing some Aromatase as well. This will help avoid spiking your E.

Took 2 weeks off work!!!! I just had surgery 2 weeks ago I paid $4,000 so yea its a good deal there going to remove fat with lipo they will do a little insition under the breast bout this big ___ and cut around the areola to take out breast tissue. two hours after you wake up from surgery you will have a compressed vest on and a drain on each brest. SOME advice stock up on some coke helps with the groggyness. It is painfull not the surgery part but the recovery part for a week your breast hurts even on road bumps yup but you'll be fine the second week. AND hell yea imhappy with the results and the swelling is not even all the way gone it takes abot 6 to 8 weeks to go away!! Had it done twice. Both times full anesthetic.
First time just lypo, 10 weeks with compression vest (wasn't training), no discomfort apart from the vest in the middle of summer.
Second Op was lypo and the gyno removed. No pain apart from removing the drainage tubes but even that was nothing. Again 6 weeks with compression jacket. The stitches were not a problem either. It takes about 6 months for the breast form to be back to normal all depending on the extent of the lypo and healing process.
Don't let your brother worry about it HOWEVER it means that your chest muscles and triceps will deteriorate over the recovery time and this for me is the downside.
