    Exclamation Review my diet

    8:20 am Meal 1 :
    Cow milk+whey protein 1 scoop , 1 cup oats

    11:00 am Meal 2 :
    3 Egg whites

    1:00 pm Meal 3:
    Veggies ,3 slices of wheat bread, Chicken breast +salad(carrots,cucumber )+ papaya

    4:00 pm Meal 4 :
    sprouts


    6:00 pm:Meal 5
    Meal Replacement

    7:00 pm :
    Workout

    9:00 pm Meal 6:
    Whey shake


    10:30 pm Meal 6:
    Same as Meal 3

    height : 5'7''
    weight : 76
    age: 26
    fat% : 22 Approx

    want a lean lookin ripped body so put in all uer thots that wud be really nice

    3 Egg whites Thats only like 12g protein. I would add 3 more egg whites and 1 whole egg. Have your other half cup here.

    1:00 pm Meal 3:
    Veggies ,3 slices of wheat bread, Chicken breast +salad(carrots,cucumber )+ papaya Make sure your chicken is 6-8oz and I would maybe just have 1 or 2 slices of wheat bread.

    4:00 pm Meal 4 :
    sprouts This really isnt a meal. I would have some chicken in here as well or fish.


    6:00 pm:Meal 5
    Meal Replacement

    7:00 pm :
    Workout

    9:00 pm Meal 6:
    Whey shake I take in some carbs PWO.


    10:30 pm Meal 6:
    Same as Meal 3 Since you are trying to lose body fat I would def not have carbs past 6pm unless it is PWO.

    When I am cutting I do cardio 4 times a week. Usually 2 times in the AM before my first meal. I also always cut carbs past 6pm.

    I gave some advice in bold/underlined, but thats just what I would do...

    Tanx FortKnox36 so thats no wheat bread for meal 6 i guess
