Veggies ,3 slices of wheat bread, Chicken breast +salad(carrots,cucumber )+ papaya Make sure your chicken is 6-8oz and I would maybe just have 1 or 2 slices of wheat bread.

sprouts This really isnt a meal. I would have some chicken in here as well or fish.
