Take a whole fryer chicken thawed, take out the guts, take an unopened can of beer and punch about 10 holes around the rim at the top. (NO HOLES ON THE TOP) Poor out 1/2 the beer. Put the can up the chickens ass and set it upright on the grill. Cook for 1&1/2 to 2 hours. Use your fav marinade and douse the chicken every 15 to 20 minutes. The beer boils out of the can into the meat and causes a serious tenderizing. If this isnt the most tender, flavorfull chicken you've ever had, you did it wrong.
