replace with 8 egg whites + 2 whole eggs. Don't eat the bread, it's useless, and a waste of stomach space. Add a protein shake here - 50g of whey - with oats.
snack-banana
add some natural protein here: chicken breast, etc.
lunch
-3oz chicken breast..3 oz rice.1 cup of green veggies
I would hope that you're eating brown rice & increase chicken breast intake

useless. take 50g of casein protein (in a shake) prior to bed... or if you don't want another shake, then eat cottage cheese
this diet was used to lean me down ..but im looking to use the same diet as i plan to cycle but obviously with more added to each meal.
