    Fat Pockets

My problem is i have fat deposits on my sides and lower back every since i was a kid. Impossible to get that v shape. A lot of people say these "stubburn areas" are impossible to lose with diet and training.
is there any truth to this? anyone have the same problem?

Its a myth, Proper diet and cardio and you will get rid of it. Everyone holds fat in different places, its hard for me to lose it in my ass and hams., It always seems to be the last to leave.

Yohimbine is a stimulant, it doesn't magically get rid of it.

No such thing at spot fat reduction. You can control it with diet and cardio though no matter what. It can be more work than you want to do but you can do it if you choose. Post stats, diet, and schedule for real advice though. THanks.
