    Best way to suck weight before a weigh in?

    I have a military weigh in coming up and im looking for some advice as to how to suck 5 to 8lbs just before i weigh in.Im curently 208lbs and need to get down to 200lbs.I have about one week before weigh in.I have my diet and cardio in check,i just really have plateaued at around 208.Should i do the epsom salt a couple days before?

    Cut carbs 48 hours prior, cut sodium 24 hours prior, cut water 12 hours prior and you will be fine. Or do what T-Mos suggested and sit in the sauna or do hot yoga.

    good thinking.looks like i will follow this with the sauna the night before.

    I wrestled in high school, and the best strategy is to drink a lot of water up until about 48 hourse before you weigh in.....drink a little bit that last day, and 12 hours before no water at all....this will probably take 5-7 pounds off if done right.....
