    Gains in strength

    Im 21
    6'5.5
    235lb
    2 years serious lifiting
    max bench 297lb
    max squat 440lb

im thinking about starting my 1st cylce of test only (450mg week 12 weeks proper pct) pretty soon, what gains in strength can i expect to gain and keep with a regimented diet and strength program?

first off i would say dont do it yet. your tall, and definately not small but you can learn to diet and train more effectively and do more in the next year or two that will make your first steroid cycle even more effective. 4-5 yrs serious lifting and dieting are what i think are neccesary before one starts jabbing needles in his ass. at 6'6 i would say 235-250 should be attainable naturally by a dedicated weightlifter.
regardless i know you will probably do the cycle anyway as most y0unglboods around here do, so to answer your question:
your bench is kind of low for your natural potential at your size, you can expect to add up to 50lbs to that, hell maybe even more. weight gains? when we know what we are doing and we know how to eat for mass, you can gain 20-30 pounds on a test e cycle (maybe less for you as you are not small to start with). some will be bloat and water weight etc. but if you really are hardcore you can come out the end (month or so after pct) with around 15+ pounds of quality muscle gain. again it all comes down to how you eat and how you train.
