    Late spring cutting cycle, ANAVAR?

    I plan on doing a late spring cutting cycle to trim off all of the excess bodyfat i have added while bulking all fall and winter. I have the diet planned, the cardio is not a problem whatsoever. Its hard for me to keep mass on actually.
    i have
    10,000 mg eq
    10,000 mg prop
    5,000 winstrol

    My question is this- i have heard soooooo much about anavar. Too much to even start listing. I could get as much anavar to run whatever dose for however long, but its expensive as it comes in 2.5 mg tabs. What difference would i see if i used var instead of winn in my cycle? I want to keep as much muscle as possible, but i want to be SHREDDED for summer. Also what would be the strength difference? I have used winny for strength and synergy in a bulking cycle and noticed some vascularity.

    I have been told by a friend just do what i have that the difference isnt that much. But i"ve also seen him look amazing adding 40 mg a day of var for 4 weeks.

    I'm still not sure of all of my dosing but i was thinking
    prop 350 for 12 weeks
    eq 600-1000 for 10 weeks
    winny 100 for 4 weeks


    followed by a very thorough pct of letro, nolva, clomid, hcg

    Either way would be fine bro...I would think it s amatter of how YOU RESPOND...I personally like the winny better but again all about you here...anavar can be good for some and others dont do well...you're 100 winny what??..everyday??

    just thinking of that dose. When i used it before i injected 50 ed. i know for the same results i"d have to use a bit more. i"ve heard anywhere from 50 a day for 8 weeks to 100 a day for 4 weeks. I'd rather be on the safe side.

    Actually optimal dose would be 50mgs twice a day every 8-9 hours as that is the half life...Bro, that cycle good eating and strong cardio will get you there.

    My bf is probably 12% i guess. I'm 235, 6'2. I have a slight 4 pack in the morning before i eat.After that i look fat in the stomach. Forarms and biceps have large veins showing. Very good quad definiton. Striations on medial delts.

    yeah i was planning on grinding it up and mixing it with grapefruit juice and sipping all day and night as even as i can.

    with 12%BF i think IMO you would be better off with the winny.

    is this common? I have heard that grapefruit juice increases absorption but sipping on this concaution throughout the day? Why not take 50mg when you wakeup with gf juice and then 50mg bout 8 hours past that point?

    im thinking that its better to spread it out... just a guess. i dont mind carrying it around that way, it just looks like powder in water. its tasteless. they say its half life is like 8-9 hours, so i figure- why not have 20 very small doses from when i wake up till i go to sleep (and another when i wake up in the night for a shake)?

    Winny is more effective at a low BF%. IMO, 12% BF is the upper limit as far as winistrol effectiveness w/ 10% and below being ideal.

    so you think i will see more hardening and vascularity with lower bf? Makes sense. I know the winny wont make me cut, i know it makes me very strong and i"m hoping it will make me hold on to all the muscle i"ve worked so hard to get these last 6 months.

    Someone told me once that with aas, when cutting you might lose 1 pound of muscle for every 3 pounds of fat

    and with winny specifically, they said 8 to 1

    i dont know if this is common "bro-vise" gym knowlege or this is what they've experianced.


    I think the test coupled with the eq and the winny should keep muscle on me. I wish i had some masteron too, i"d run that at 700 a week and be a happy camper...

    i actually think, other than the convience factor, which i dont care about, that this would be the most effective. I'll have to go over to that "roidcalc" site and play with the numbers some, but the more frequent the dose the better up to a point i"m sure of that. I dont know what the "magic number" of doses for a given half life is, but we have to remember here that the amount of a substance in the body (winstrol in this case) isnt linear for the half life.

    this works for me as i"m usually out of the house for 10-15 hours straight most days. Its just not smart to have tabs or powder of anything in my vehicle, no matter how small of an amount. I know winny doesnt exactly dissolve, but its better than anything else i can think of.

    I am willing to hear suggestions though.

    When i used winny inj (oil) i did it once a day, though some have said do it twice. Once seemed ok to me then.

    yep, you are thinking correctly!

    Good luck with the cycle and keep us posted. Also, be careful with your sugar intake from the grapefruit juice.
