i know this might b a stupid question but im eating pretty good sticking with my cutting diet im 194 trying trying to reach 185 maybe even less so ive been eating good no cheat meals sice 3 months but lately i get the freekin chocolate craving and eat like a bar at nigh but i feel like shit and next day i hit the cardio is it that bad for someone thats cutting or not so bad again i know its stupid question maybe for some but it would put my mind right thnks
