    Should I split my macros 33/33/33 ?

When consuming 3000 calories per day.... roughly.... 250g from protein, 250g from carbs, 100g from healthy fats. The majority of the fat is consumed in the last 2-3 meals of the day where no carbs are consumed. Essentially lean protein/healthy fat meals. Anyone else do it this way?

You can set up a diet like that. I personally prefer the protein and carbs a bit higher and the fat a bit lower. Might work better for a maintenence or possibly a bulk depending on your LBM but I wouldnt want to try and cut with those ratios.

The goal is a recomposition / lean bulk. I'm also on HGH to help shed some adipose while I am in a slight caloric surplus. My TDEE is about 2800

From my lean bulk experience, I was able to add on lbs of lean muscle and melt fat by splittin' my meals into 400-200 cals each over 10 meals. Inc 1 or 2 whey/casein shakes with water when I get up at night.

    The split was 50/30/20 roughly.
What I found out that the most crucial part here is meals timing, I won't be going too far if I say that messing up on the timing couple times was obvious in the mirror.

I also trained 2 times/day and rode my bicycle around town for errands to turbo charge my metabolism.
    I was on Test P at 300-350 mg/week
