Sustanon 250 - Organon - infection in leg but not deltoid ?

Hey guys just wanted some opinions please....
So heres the story i had been injecting test into the leg for about 5 weeks never had a problem always sterile and clean i got my hands on some Sustanon 250 - Organon and put i into the leg like every othertime and got a infection first time had to get antibiotics to get rid of it then i tried again 2 weeks later in the other leg and the same thing happend and then my friend tried it in the leg and same thing happend but heres the funny thing when you put it into the deltoid its all good for some reason.
Anyone please share your thoughts thanks

Or maybe there is some confusion as to whether it was really an infection or simply the aftermath of injecting where you did?

was an infection for sure leg was so fat and after a shower was really red all around the injected spot and me and my friend went to different doctors and they both said it was a infection but we have put other gear into our leg 20 time never had a problem but now with this sust 3 out of 3 times in legs have been infection but put it into the deltoid 2 times and no problem..... could it be cut with something im just not understanding why the body reacts to the leg so bad but not the deltoid sounds strange.... any thoughts anyone please

contaminated gear is contaminated gear. dont understand how you can get infected in some spots and not others.

I did a cycle with sustanon 250 from organon. I always got a mild grade flu like symptoms the first day but no infection. If you're using sterile injection technique you should get infection in both the shoulder and the legs, right? Assuming the gear is contaminated. I'm not being facetious, how about pinning glutes?

also if they are amps which they should be. You could have gotton a couple bad ones or fake.

Are they all the same lot numbers?
