I have the following gear - need help with what is the best way to take it

20ml of EQ
20mL of Test E
70 X 50mg Anavar
Some T4

Was thinking of going as follows:

400mg of EQ 1-12weeks
200mg of Test 1-12 weeks
60mg var weeks 1-6

Not sure how to take the T4 any help welcome

not to flame you bro, but you have done 3 previous cycles and you only weigh 165lbs!
and even 14%bf at 165!

im 205 right now (which i think is small) and im 12-13% bf

you need to get that diet on track 1st right now
