provided diet and training are on, any time now, should have noticed something already.
i see some small changes in my appearance... mayb a little in my lifting capabilities... but nothing really big
just curious what is ur training program? And goals
MONDAY- CHEST
bench- 5x5
support lift 1- 2x5
support lift 2- 2x5
pushups- 2x failure
TUESDAY- LEGS
squat- 5x5
support lift 1- 5x5
support lift 2- 5x5
calf raises- 1x100
THURSDAY- ARMS
barbell curls- 5x5 (last set- to failure)
close grip bench- 5x5
pushdowns- 3x5 (last set- drop)
SATURDAY- SHOULDERS
dumbell military press- 5x5
lateral raises- 3x10 (last set: 5 lb. drop till failure)
rear delts support lift- 2x10
traps support lift- 3x8
SUNDAY- BACK
deadlift- 5x5
support lift 1- 2x5
pullups- 2x failure
along with that i do 40 min of cardio 4-5 times a week and abs tuesdays and thursdays
i eat clean, getting around 3500 calories a day. let me kno if anything needs improvemant..

i want to bulk up but lose some bf at the same time seeing that its a little high as of now. in a way i want to trim up and gain lean muscle
lose the cardio for this cycle imo..
ive only run long ester of test.. first cycle test cyp.. 4th week damn.. im sure ur close to the strenght gains
how does my workout routine look?
This is my first go with test p, and i was seeing a difference after about 2 weeks. Im doing more of a cutter though, and its more lean gains. Ive kept a cutter diet and ive only gained about 12 pounds of lean muscle on my 8th week. But ive shreaded about 4-5% fat. Its all in the diet for your personal goals. m2cents.
