I have a question.How can I get 300 gms of protein a day the least expensive way?I know its gonna cost some but I'm on tight buget.Maybe someone can help me with a diet plan.I don't need to lose any weight (I;ve already lost 44 LBS since march I'm going 1 shot a week of sus 1cc Mixed In same shot with 1 cc of laurabolan.Whats my best diet plan to bulk up? The flake light is very fishy tasting and extremely dry, but it has 30g per can and cost about $.50 a can. If you mix it with a small tin of pineapples it's much better. Even mixing in fat free mayo or mustard helps.
