pgcl concentrate and water.....?

Which do you prefer.....? Pgcl in concentratre or in water and why? I can get the pgcl in 30ml's of water..... not concentrate

you know what..... i think im going to hold off and wait for the concentrate to become available...... everything im reading is saying concentrate.....
