hello everyone.
i`m doing my first cycle on april which is in couple of days (Cutting Stack* Includes: 1 Clen*; 1 Winn-50*; 1 Tren 75*) its a one month supply.
anyways, i`m thinking about working each muscle twice a week. starting with cardio in the morning (30-45 min) and later at night i will be doing weight.
my question is, how affective could this be?
and by the way: i`m 217 pound and i dont know what my body fat percentage is.
