i am struggling to get carbs and calories into my diet and i was hoping someone can point me in the general direction of where to add carbs.
i can get loads of protein.
also i am in an office based job so i dont get a lot of exercise during the day only during workouts
i am 6ft 3 & 17 stone and my diet roughly is as follows
9 am - 4 eggs whites and 2 brown toast with low fat spread
10.30am - whey protein shake
12.15 - tuna on granary bread with salad and lo fat strawberry milkshake
3pm - 200g turkey breast
5pm 200g turkey breast
6.30pm workout followed by whey protein shake
8.30pm typical sunday dinner with veg or chicken korma with rice
