I'm new here and have been doing alot of reading on the forums. come to find out how very little i know about alot of this stuff. i had just started some sustanol and winny, which i have stopped just due to my lack of knowlage about it all. I never knew there was soooo much involved in all the different chemicals what they do and what you need to do to combat them.
I'm not new to the gym or dieting and i have done some cycles in the past with very good results. In the past i've done primo and winny cycles and gotten great results. i havent done anything in about 7 years now, and i'm looking to improve my look. In the past 4 months i have lost 35 lbs and i bust my ass in the gym when i go. here are my stats.
33 yrs old
204 lbs
5' 10"
18 % bf
i go to the gym 6 days a week and my workout plan is 30 min cardio then i work out one muscle group a day (I.E. arms, legs, back ect ect.)
i do have a pretty strick diet, well for me at least.
I'm not looking to be all huge and do shows but i'm not looking to waist my money. My goal is to lose my love handles and gain a little size and lower my body fat. basically, just look good and be in shape.
this PTC is all new to me and i have never done it in the past.
my question is would test cyp and winny be my ticket to help me get where i want to be ?
Also how many cc's a week should i do the test ? i see here everyone says winny needs to be everyday, i'm cool with that. should i take it throughout the cycle with the test or wait till the end ? should i take nolvadex during the cycle also ?
