Hey guys,
I just took this diet from another post in here (thanks Mike_XXL), I like the look of it alot and I just wanted to change it a little and get your opinions.
Stats: 25 years, lifting 3 years, currently on test E cycle of 750mg per week, 185 pounds, 5 foot 10.
My current diet, is bulking me up, but its also adding fat to my stomach (cant see abs), and now my chin, like I have a little fat under my chin, its my 3rd cycle so im aware that I will get moon face and bloat etc....
I dont want to eat much fat, I want to lose any fat that I do have, while adding lean mass.
Heres the diet idea, with my changes....
7:45 250 ml of egg whites
2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
15 gm of whey protein (I want to change this to my Atlas super shake, its got 1200 caleries per serving, and 120grams of protien, 180carbs, 12g fat)
25 gm of oatmeal
10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna (sick of tuna, I want to change to chicken)
15 ml of flax seed oil (cut this completely!)
12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (cut the mayo)
3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
1 banana
15 gm of whey protein (again, I dont have whey protien, I have my weight gainer shake, but this would make two in one day?!)
1 yogurt
3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna (chicken?!)
15 ml of flax seed oil (cut out completely)
5:15 120 gm of steak (change to a few chicken breasts)
20 gm of whey protein (cut out completely, as ide have already had 1/2 shakes)
Mustard
50 gm of carrots
5 ml of flax seed oil (cut out completely)
1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM
7:15
5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
1 apple
9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

Working out a perfect diet is hard work, specially when I dont like half the things on there lol, any help would be appreciated as I need a change in diet badly, and this one looks great.
My shakes are weight gainers, but they have alot of protien in, I just dont want to gain anymore fat, so should I stick to one or two per day? 1200 cals each! 180g carbs, 120g protein, 12g fat. Your thoughts?
Im at work all day so its hard to do the 6 meals idea, thats why I like this one so much as its cutting the amount of meals down.
