    lol

    yes those are your obliques

and if your big and lean enough, youll have "v-lines" on your lats too
    thats why i was confused

and what that means is... your losing body fat and your muscles are showing.

    thats all

what cycle are you on? what are your stats? what does your diet look like?

well what are your goals with this cycle?

cuz at 15% body fat you shouldnt be seeing to much definition, especially in the obliques

your only 162 at 5'11? thats kinda small. how old are ya?

Prolly not as knowledgeable as you think. Being 5'11 162. The diet is definitely off.

Post up your diet for us. And they are right, at 15% you can see NO abs.

With those stats you must literally have never been to the gym before starting this cycle?

Too young to be cycling. Why is everyone trying gear so damn young. Wait till you are atleast 25 or so. You have plenty of time to grow naturally. Eat, lift, sleep, repeat. You will grow. Hold off gear till 25. My opinion, no hard feelings. I'm just tired of seeing people starting too young. I don't want you to hurt yourself bud.

Come on, fellas. Advising him that he's not ready for gear yet is one thing (and I happen to agree), but making fun of him because of his weight and saying that he's probably never been to a gym seems a little mean. I don't think that's what we're trying to project here, is it? That big, buff, steroid-guys make fun of skinny people.

Let's try to steer him in the right direction without making ourselves look like bullies.

I am sorry I don't condone people who's stats make it seem like they have never been to gym before who are under the age of 21 who decide to jump on steroids to make themselves dedicated.

You don't need steroids to get a good body, hell most of my friends are natural and they did it by diet and exercise not saying "Oh well now I am serious so I am going to jump on steroids"

These same types of people will die out after cycle they get lazy or after a while they can't keep up the dedication and slack off and thats when the gains start leaving because they had NO NATURAL MUSCLE BASE prior to working out.

So yeah...I have no respect for these types of guys, I don't care what the OP thinks of me and i don't care what you think of me.

    I JUST DON'T GIVE A ****! You dig?

And I don't give a fock what you think, so we're even there. As I said, I agree with the advice that he's not ready for gear. It was the insult that 'he's never been to the gym' that was dickish.

I'm done now. Handle these beginners anyway you wish. For me, personally, I tire of having people think that any of us bigger-guys think we're hot-sh!t and look down upon and make fun of anyone skinny or just starting out. When I satrted, I was about 145 lbs. Believe me, when I got to be 165 lbs. ( along time ago), I certainly was no stranger to the gym, so that generalization is as wrong as it is mean-spirited.

Carry on, fellas, and good luck to the OP. Some of us are here to help, so you, might have to sift through the some of the tough guys' advise before you find it.

Where did I say I think I am hot ****? No where so don't put words in my mouth. I don't agree with people who have "average" stats taking steroids.

"But you don't understand bro, I am actually pretty strong"

"I know alot, I was on and off, but now I think I am serious"

    blah blah blah

I heard it all, you don't need steroids to grow, when I first started working out I weighed 134lbs at 6'0, my first time benching I benched 55lbs (thats the bar and one 5lb one each side). In 4 months I was able to get up to 172 and by the end of the year I was 175 10%bf. That was ALL NATURAL, just food and above all achieved that in my first year of ever working out!

Now your telling me that someone needs steroids at 162 15% bf? No they don't that, not because they I think they are 'small' or I think I am "jacked and the authority on subjects" its because it shows either lack of diet/training/dedication.

But whatever, whatever he wants to do he can do, just don't put words in peoples mouth.
