    How Sweet is this?

    I just found out that the resteraunt i work out throws away about 3 dozen egg whites a week. Now i go in and get them every couple of days. Talk about a gold mine!

    I think they use the yolks for baking or some crap. They have nothing to use the white for and an egg costs like 3 cents.

    actually it's pretty common for restaurants that are heavy in pastries or birds to only use yolks.
