I have never heard of a toilet bag

Is this a Canadian or British thing?

If the syringe was new to begin with it should still be sanitary.

He's talking about a SHAVING bag. hahahaha Something to keep all your shaving, tooth brush and stuff in.
IT will be fine. Just put on a new needle if you have one or at least clean it good with alcohol. Buy some of the alcohol wipes, they are cheap and I carry them everywhere. Little square packet, rip open and good to go. make sure you ALWAYS clean the injection site VERY good.
