a little young still and a lot light, you could get to 220-230 naturally if your diet was correct, which means your gains from this cycle will be limited while all the risks will still be there
what do you have for AI's and PCT??

Week 1 -2 40-50 mg of nolvadex daily.
Week 3-4: 20-25mg of nolvadex daily.
