well it was my birthday and i feel real guilty right know. i did not drnk so that is good.But i had like three pieces of quasdilas and like 3 stuffed jalopeanos with cheese. then i had 2 fajitas chicken and steak in tortillas with a lttle sour cream. then today we are having a pizza party with cake. I will probably only have 2 slices of pizza. and a piece of cake that is fat and sugar free.Just wonderng if this will really kill my diet, i was doing so good for the last month,and i was starting to see some resullts. i will get right back on it on sunday tell me what u guys think
